Warehouseman

Profile of NCBJ, one of the largest research institutes in Poland where the sole in Poland nuclear research reactor is operated, includes fundamental research in nuclear physics & related sciences, research on nuclear reactors & fuel, research on safety of nuclear facilities etc. Currently NCBJ is recruiting a warehouseman to its purchasing department. Job location: Świerk near Otwock (30 km away downtown Warsaw).

Responsibilities

Generally to operate the warehouse i.e. to take proper care of the stored materials and the storage area, in particular:
•    to receive materials supplied to the warehouse (item counting, quality control, receipt processing etc.)
•    to place the received materials in proper storage areas
•    to give out materials from the warehouse against correct outgoing documents
•    to account for the entrusted assets (after each periodic stock-taking)
•    to maintain warehouse clean and tidy
•    to observe all relevant occupational safety regulations.

Requirements

•    secondary education
•    experience from a previous similar job
•    fork lift driving licence
•    computer literacy
•    organizational skills
•    team-work skills
•    motivation and ability to work intensely.
