professor at the Astrophysics Division

The National Centre for Nuclear Research opens a competition for the position of professor at the Astrophysics Division BP4 - based in Warsaw.
Scientific discipline: physics, astronomy

Requirements:

• scientific achievements in the field of astrophysics, confirmed by publications, in particular in terms of one in the topics being developed at the BP4 plant, which include: extragalactic astrophysics and observational cosmology, astrophysics of gravitational waves, cosmic ray physics;
• experience in managing research projects, managing teams of people, team work skills, experience in work carried out in international teams;
• good knowledge of English,
• knowledge of other languages (would be adventage);
• experience in working in an international environment.
