2016.07.04 12:53 - adminNCBJ Division of Nuclear Energy and Environmental Studies is inviting post-graduates in physics/chemistry/technical sciences to apply for a job of a physicist in the Division’s Neutron Computations/New Technologies team. The job’s responsibilities include computation of physical phenomena and neutron fluxes inside cores of nuclear research and/or power reactors.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc university degree / PhD in physics/chemistry/technical sciences
- good command of English (preferably the C1/V2 level)
- proficiency in using computers
- good communication skills (public presentations in English and/or Polish)
- familiarity with MCNP/SERPENT/SCALE/diffusion codes e.g. CITATION
Previous experience with application of techniques of neutron/physical computation of reactor cores will be an asset.
