NCBJ opens up a competition for a position of building administrator in the Technology Transfer Division located in Otwock/Świerk.

Duties:

to provide on-going administrative support to beneficiaries of the Świerk Science & Technology Park (PNT), and to foster positive relations with PNT customers
to supervise correct invoicing and documenting the de minimis assistance provided to the beneficiaries
to manage interiors of the PNT building in order to maintain its common areas, labs, offices and technical systems/equipment (except systems dedicated to research facilities operated within the building)
to manage the property including on-going management of the building infrastructure/aesthetics
to coordinate works performed within the building
to notify respective services in case of a technical failure and to monitor processes aimed to fix the failure
to conduct correspondence with the building contractor and/or other entities responsible (within the warranty period) for technical state of the property
to document/report all performed actions, to run archive of building-related technical files
to manage BMS/KD systems, keys, AV equipment
to provide technical support during events organized within the building (lectures, conferences etc.) including adaptation of arrangement of the conference rooms
to manage the building equipment
to perform petty assembly works
to solve logistic problems related to using the building.
