Who we are: One of recently awarded 13 European
“Teaming for Excellence” Centres

NOMATEN CoE is formed through a partnership between NCBJ (Poland), CEA (France) and VTT (Finland). The NOMATEN CoE has received 7 years of joint financial support from the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) and the European Commission. These long-term funds and its novel organizational structure ensure the sustainability of NOMATEN CoE.
NOMATEN focus on the studies and development of novel materials, specifically those designed to work under harsh conditions – radiation, high temperatures and corrosive environments being primary examples. Our ambition is to be a top international research organization in which multinational world-class research teams will design, develop and assess innovative multifunctional materials.

Currently, we are looking for a person for a position of:

Dissemination, communications and marketing specialist
ONLINE RECRUITMENT

Short description of tasks:

  • creation and implementation of the dissemination and communication strategy of  NOMATEN CoE;
  • creation and implementation of relevant marketing strategies;
  • to build the image of NOMATEN CoE as one of the leading research institutions;
  • dissemination of the research of NOAMTEN CoE and support of the research group leader in preparing offers of use their research;
  • to build strong relationships with the research community, costumers and co-workers;
  • administer and update the NOMATEN website;
  • to perform market analyses - seeking opportunities for participation in external events connecting with NOMATEN;
  • to monitor and report on dissemination, communication and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • 3+ years’ experience in the creation of a communication strategy or implementation of a marketing strategy;
  • fluency in English and Polish, spoken and written;
  • experience with technology of internet visibility and social media;
  • openness and excellent skill of communication;
  • strong problem solving, ability to learn new tasks and take on new projects;
  • ability to synthesis various data and creating recommendations for actions based on them.

Additional assets:

  • knowledge of press law, copyright, GDPR, research and financing of science;
  • experience with building brand awareness and online reputation and own track record in social media;
  • experience in promotion of science;
  • French speaking;
  • knowledge of Photoshop or similar.
