Chemist

NCBJ Nuclear Equipment Establishment (ZdAJ) is a modern production plant established to practically implement results of the research conducted in the Institute. For over 40 years it has been manufacturing electron accelerators for medicine and industry. Some of the HiTech technologies developed in ZdAJ have been successfully implemented in research equipment ordered in ZdAJ by European Centre for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland. Job location: Świerk near Otwock (30 km away downtown Warsaw).

Responsibilities

•    electrochemical washing of various production assemblies
•    making and replacing chemical baths
•    record keeping of chemical reagents and accounting of waste
•    readiness to work within irregular time slots as demanded by various production processes.

Requirements

•    technical secondary education (preferred specialization: chemist)
•    meticulous accomplishment of the entrusted tasks
•    ability to read technical drawings
•    team-work skills.

Additional assets

•    familiarity with technology of nickel/copper electroplating
•    driving licence.
