Field: Chemistry
The successful candidate must hold PhD degree in physics or chemistry. Research on structure and properties of radioisotope-labelled molecules will involve extensive computational modeling. Detailed requirements:
- theoretical knowledge and practrical know-how in computational modeling of electronic structure of molecules
- experience in computation of electronic structure of transition metal/lanthanide/actinide complexes
- theoretical knowledge on relativistic effects in molecular calculations
- proficiency in using software for molecular computations (ADF, Gaussian, Dalton, DIRAC, NWChem)
- proficiency in analysing large data sets (also using scripting languages)
- Fortran/C programming language basic skills.
