Designer of Mechanical Systems

Profile of NCBJ, one of the largest research institutes in Poland where the sole in Poland nuclear research reactor is operated, includes fundamental research in nuclear physics & related sciences, research on nuclear reactors & fuel, research on safety of nuclear facilities etc. Currently NCBJ is recruiting a designer of mechanical systems to its Division of Nuclear Equipment (HITEC). Job location: Świerk near Otwock (30 km away downtown Warsaw).

Responsibilities

•    to design mechanical systems, in particular movable assemblies of medical/industrial accelerators
•    to work out technical documentation.

Requirements

•    excellent knowledge of the AutoCAD Inventor software package
•    knowledge of principles of working out technical documentation
•    good command of English (to read technical documentation/standards and to work out technical documentation).

Additional assets

•    familiarity with basics of automation
•    experience in designing manipulating arms/robotic systems.
